Jamie Borromeo is a Council Assistant for Councilmember Madison P. Nguyen, the first Vietnamese American Woman elected to public office in the State of California. Jamie's policy issues for the City of San Jose include: small business, housing and community development, and neighborhood services and education. Jamie is former Editor-in-Chief of Asian Enterprise Magazine, the largest circulated Asian American business magazine in the nation. She also worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Michael M. Honda (CA-15), who is chairman of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus. Borromeo received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an Emphasis in Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Nicole Aguila is a student at California State University, Fullerton. She is studying to receive her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. As a staff member of National CAABA for the past year, Aguila has played an integral role in planning the future events, workshops and forums for National CAABA members.
